Oil Description
Oregano (Origanum vulgare) is a part of the mint, or Labiatae, family. Oregano oil contains large amounts of carvacol and thymol, two phenol chemicals with powerful purifying benefits.
Cautions
Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care. Do not put oils directly in your eyes (oils can drip into eyes – if this happens, flush with fractionated coconut oil, not water). Do not drip oils into the ear canal. Avoid sensitive areas.

Directions for Use
- To maintain a healthy respiratory system, apply to bottoms of the feet daily.
- To maintain a healthy immune system, apply to bottoms of the feet daily.
- Cold Sores: apply onto affected area. Blend with more carrier oil if needed.
- For ear support, dab around outside of ear and lightly swipe in the concha (bowl part). Do not let oil drip down the ear canal. May need to dilute with coconut oil for children and sensitive skin.
- For athlete’s foot: apply affected areas 3 times per day for 10 days.
- Apply directly to nail fungus as needed.
