Seasonal Threat Support
- 2 drops lemon
- 2 drops lavender
- 2 drops peppermint
Internally: Combine in a veggie capsule and take as needed when seasonal threats are high. For daily maintenance of seasonal threats, take one morning and evening. Best taken with food followed by water to avoid “burping” the oil.
Topically: drip just one drop of each oil on bottoms of feet 2x per day or as needed. Can combine 10 drops of each oil in a 10ml roller bottle topped with fractionated coconut oil to apply topically on bottoms of feet, spine or on chest.
