Sprained Ankle Blend

Increases circulation, and aids in decreasing inflammation and discomfort. Create a blend using the following essential oils.

Ingredients:

10 Drops Eucalyptus

10 Drops Frankincense

10 Drops Lavender

10 Drops Lemongrass

10 Drops Peppermint

Top off with carrier oil of choice (coconut, grapeseed or olive oil)

Instructions:

Gently massage 3-5 drops of blend onto affected area 3- 5 times daily. To help skin absorb oils, use a hot or cool moist towel once oils have been applied.
