Vapor Shower Disks

You will need:

24 count mini muffin tin

24 mini muffin paper liners

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup of baking soda
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 15 drops Lavender oil
  • 15 drops Eucalyptus oil
  • 15 drops Rosemary oil

 In a large bowl, mix baking soda and water to create a watery paste. Next, add the Lavender, Eucalyptus and Rosemary essential oils into the mixture and continue to stir.

When evenly blended, scoop the mixture into each of the liners and allow to dry for about 24 hours. When ready to use, remove the liner from the disk and place in shower under warm water.

Breathe in the vapors and enjoy!
