dōTERRA Arise Enlightening Blend is a part of the Yoga Collection formulated specifically for enriching yoga and meditation experiences. Arise features some of the most spirited essential oils working in unison to create the ultimate enlivening blend. Use Anchor in the mornings along with positive affirmations or when emotional support or motivation is needed.

Do not put oils directly in your eyes (oils can drip into eyes – if this happens, flush with fractionated coconut oil, not water). Do not drip oils into the ear canal. Avoid sensitive areas.
