History
The name, Zingiber, comes from the Greek word zingiberis, which originated from the Sanskrit sringabera, or, “horn shaped.” Throughout history, ginger has been utilized for cooking in dried or powdered form. Do not put oils directly in your eyes (oils can drip into eyes – if this happens, flush with fractionated coconut oil, not water). Do not drip oils into the ear canal. Avoid sensitive areas.
