History
Native to Peru, the pink peppercorn has been esteemed for it benefits for centuries. The pink peppercorn has been used by the indigenous people in the tropics for medicine and consecrated for ancient Incan religious and burial practices. The plant’s popularity and seed was spread through colonial British trade into Kenya Africa, where it now grows remarkably well.
